§ 3-34. License application; use of licensed vehicle for delivery, etc.

Any person, firm or corporation located in the City of Kingsland, Georgia, desiring to sell at wholesale any alcoholic beverages, malt beverages or wine, in the City of Kingsland shall make application to the city council for a license to do so, which application shall be in writing the forms authorized and prescribed by the council. No alcoholic beverages, malt beverages, or wine shall be delivered to any retail sales outlet in the City of Kingsland except by a duly licensed wholesaler. The name of the wholesale distributor shall be clearly marked on the delivery vehicle.
